If an item is the wrong size, or if you change your mind about your order, you are eligible for a return to exchange it for another item. refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items.

Returns:

Our return policy is valid for 14 days after the date of purchase, after this we will no longer accept refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

The customer will be required to pay for shipping in order to return the item. Shipping on the original item is non-fundable.

If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing any parts (not including faulty items) only a partial refund will be granted.

Refunds:

You will be notified by email once your returned item is received and inspected.

If the refund is approved, the original form of payment will be reimbursed withing 5 business days.

Sale items:

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R60 for all main areas in South Africa. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
