shipping policy
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R60 for all main areas in South Africa.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
An email notification will be sent once an order has been handed over to the courier -
an additional notification with tracking number will then be sent by the courier.
Deliveries may take 5-10 business days from the date of purchase.
return & exchange policy
If an item is the wrong size, or if you change your mind about your order, you are eligible for a return to exchange it for another item. refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items.

Returns:
Our return policy is valid for 14 days after the date of purchase, after this we will no longer accept refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
The customer will be required to pay for shipping in order to return the item. shipping on the original item is non-fundable.
If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing any parts (not including faulty items) only a partial refund will be granted.
Refunds:
You will be notified by email once your returned item is received and inspected.
If the refund is approved, the original form of payment will be reimbursed withing 5 business days.
Sale items:
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
